BP Spain to purchase biomethane from Enagás subsidiary

BP Oil España has signed an agreement with Enagás to promote emission reduction projects in Spain, which includes the purchase of biomethane. 

The agreement has three areas of focus: implementing infrastructure for LNG and CNG (Liquid and Compressed Natural Gas) for sustainable transport; encouraging production and usage of renewable gases; and supporting entrepreneurship and innovation projects.
