Uniper sees strong demand for green electricity in Germany

Uniper experienced substantial growth in the demand for green electricity in 2018. The firm sold 10 TWh Guarantees of Origin (GOs) in 2018, which is twice the volumes sold in 2017. Uniper has over 4,000 MW of installed hydropower capacity in Germany and Scandinavia, with an approximate annual production of 13 TWh electricity.
