Norsk Hydro, one of the largest aluminium producers in the world, with annual production of around 100000 tons, launched two new low-carbon products today.
The new products are:
- Hydro 4.0: Aluminium based on hydropower, with maximum content of 4kg CO2 per kg aluminium.
- Hydro 75R: Aluminium guaranteed to contain at least 75% recycled content.
As the world’s only global, integrated aluminium company, Norsk Hydro can offer their customers an “all-in” certificate for Hydro 4.0, including an ISO 14064 certification, covering the entire carbon emission cycle for the production.
