The recent inauguration of Norway’s first-of-its-kind biogas plant in Stord, Western Norway, has marked a new era of Norwegian biogas adventure. State-of-the-art Norwegian technology “Antec Bio converters”, which is believed to be a game-changer for anaerobic digestion (AD) technology, is to be used to produce biogas.

The new biogas plant produces liquefied biomethane, liquid CO2, and high-quality bio-fertilisers by utilising local organic materials from fisheries (fish silage), aquaculture, and agriculture as feedstocks.
