The town hall and all the municipal offices of Bad Sassendorf, a municipality in North Rhine-Westphalia, has switched completely to OK-Power certified renewable energy from the Stadtwerken Lippstadt. This would result in a CO2 savings of around 235 tons per year, according to Karl-Heinz Ricken, the managing director of the Stadtwerken Lippstadt.
