Last month, CertiQ, the Dutch issuing body for Guarantees of Origin (GOs), announced that Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs) from Great Britain are to be recognized in the Netherlands. The decision came with a series of conditions to ensure compliance with legal frameworks (more info here). However, the decision raised a number of questions regarding the corresponding impact on the GO market.
