CertiQ, the Dutch issuing body for Guarantees of Origin (GOs), has put out a press release which confirms that Renewable Energy Guarantees of Origin (REGOs) from Great Britain are now officially recognized in the Netherlands.
The decision came as a result of a ruling by the provisional relief court of the Trade and Industry Appeals Tribunal in response to Eneco’s request for an interim injunction to recognize a batch of REGOs issued by Ofgem (read more about the dispute in our interview with Eneco).
