Second Luxembourg GO auction results

Institut Luxembourgeois de Régulation has published auction results from the second GO auction which took place between the 28th and 30th of January 2019. In total, 142 GWh Onshore Wind GOs from the production period Q2 -Q4 2018  were auctioned. The volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of successful bids was 1.33 €/MWh. This corresponds to an increase of 53% from the first auction, where GOs from the production period February and March 2018 were auctioned at a VWAP of 0.87€/MWh. In comparison, OTC Wind 2018 tr...
