Microsoft to buy energy from Vattenfall's Wieringermeer wind farm

Microsoft announced its second European wind project after GE's Tullahennel wind farm, in the Netherlands with Vattenfall. According to the agreement, Microsoft will purchase 100% of the wind energy generated from a new onshore wind farm, that is adjacent to its local data center operations in the Netherlands.
