Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium first Premier League stadium to source 100% renewable energy

The stadium in North London signed the deal with Octopus Energy, which will supply electricity generated from their solar farms. The final agreement was signed after a year-long trial. Arsenal’s chief executive Ivan Gazidis said it was “important” that football clubs take steps in the area of sustainability.
