The Dutch give zero subsidy bidders first shot at North Sea wind project

The Dutch government announced through a letter from The Minster of Economic Affairs Henk Kamp last Wednesday that they will be holding a tender for two 350MW offshore wind project, reserved for subsidy-free bidders.
