Wind wins the 3 GW auction in Spain, leaving solar PV feeling discriminated against

Wind power won all the allocated capacity in the first auction, held Wednesday in Madrid. Spanish solar association Unión Espanola Fotovoltaica (UNEF) released a press release saying PV was discriminated against and will appeal to the European Commission.
