The first ever meeting of the North Sea Energy Forum, organised by the European Commission was held last week. Building on the progress made last year when a political declaration on energy cooperation was signed between the ten North Sea-region countries: Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden and the United Kingdom.
