GO market overview April 2021

• Nordic Hydro 2021 traded at 29.5 Eurocent/MWh (33% increase)
• 2020/2021 spread increased by over 6 Eurocents to well above 10 Eurocents
• Market activity is expected to increase moving further into Q2

Trading activity registered with our data partners in April decreased when compared to March with the number of transactions dropping by 63% while registered volumes decreased by 41%.  Transactions associated with the current year 2021 production accounted for a 51% share a significant increase compared to March (23%), meanwhile, forward year production had a slightly lower share than the previous month at 34%.
