European associations call for strengthening on disclosure

The revision to the Renewable Energy Directive (RED II) is anticipated shortly. The seven European associations consisting of AIB, CDP, CEDEC, EKOenergy, Europex, RECS International and REScoop, expect it to be a crucial turning point for a more sustainable energy future. Further, they are calling for improved fuel-mix disclosure as well as an enhanced coordination of the trading schemes at EU level.

According to them,
