Spanish CNMC now connected to AIB Hub

The Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) is the Spanish issuing body for Guarantees of Origin (GOs) and responsible for the national electricity source disclosure. CNMC was accepted as an AIB member on 4th March 2016 and on 26th July, formal agreement between the AIB and the CNMC was signed. Finally, the first GO export from Spain via the AIB Hub was done on 22ndSeptember.
