Portugal publishes draft GO manual

Portugal's Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG) has published a first draft of GO manual. Under the terms of the legislation, the Issuing Entity for Guarantees of Origin (EEGO - Portugese acronym) is to implement and manage a system that allows the registration of electricity production facilities and also the issue, transfer, cancellation and cancellation of GOs.
