The third week of trading in September saw market liquidity continue to improve as the results from the French auction were published. The auction did not disrupt the market, but rather confirmed a continuation of recent price developments.
Nordic Hydro 2019 closed at 32.50 Eurocent/MWh, up 0.50 Eurocents from the previous week (week 37). Prices for Nordic Hydro vintages 2020 and later closed at a higher range, from 73-82 Eurocent/MWh. Wind GOs continue to trade within a similar price range to their Nordic Hydro counterparts.
The Greenfact Index, which follows the movements of the market, closed at 44 points on Friday, the same as the previous week (week 37).
