The third week of August saw a continued increase in market activity. More fundamental market players have returned to trading and liquidity is strengthening. Prices saw a slight decline following two fairly strong weeks towards the end of the summer slowdown.
Nordic Hydro 2019 closed at 37.00 Eurocent/MWh, down from 40.50 Eurocent/MWh at the end of week 32. Prices for Nordic Hydro vintages 2020 and later now trade between the 70-80 Eurocent/MWh price point.
