Prices for GOs continued to decline during the first full week of February on limited traded volume. The low market activity can likely be attributed to the industry event E-world that took place in Essen last week.

A bearish signal was triggered by CertiQ’s announcement on Thursday last week to recognize REGOs from Great Britain, which were previously not accepted since Ofgem is not part of the AIB. There are several conditions that need to be met before REGOs can be ‘transferred’ to the Netherlands via ex-domain cancellation.
