Last week’s trading

The last week of trading in January saw a continued price fall for all vintages of Wind and Hydro GOs. Hydro 2018 GOs saw trades all the way down to 68.75 Eurocent/MWh, which was triggered by a large increase in supply due to the Spanish export deadline on the last day of January. Prices recovered slightly towards the end of the week and closed on 83 Eurocent/MWh on Friday.

Hydro 2019 and onward now trade around the 140-145 Eurocent/MWh range following an average 5 Eurocent drop for all products.
