A representative survey conducted by the research institute Kantar EMNID on behalf of the Renewable Energies Agency (Agentur für Erneuerbare Energien, AEE) highlights the strong support for renewable energy in Germany. A total of 93% of the respondents support the further expansion of renewable energy in Germany.
“The high and stable approval for renewable energies that has been in place for many years shows that climate protection and the energy transition are important concerns for respondents, irrespective of the current political discussion” says Nils Boenigk, Acting Managing Director of AEE.
