Plan B, a small group of climate aware people in the UK, led by former government lawyer Tim Crosland, now receives support from Professor Sir David King on a legal action that ministers in the UK should be sued if emissions reduction targets by 2050 are not increased to 100% from todays 80%.

If it takes legal action to force ministers to behave properly, then so be it- I’ll support it Prof King told the BBC.
