GO prices continue their bull run in Week 14: Overview

Highlights:

• Prices for Nordic Hydro vintages increased across most recorded vintage years with the highest price increase witnessed in the 2022 and 2023 vintages.
• Market activity decreased significantly with 2022 having the largest share of recorded transactions last week attributed to an increasing shift in demand from participants refocusing on hedging current year consumption.
  
• The Nordic hydropower reservoir levels decreased by about 2% in Week 13 of 2022.

According to data from our data partners, this week saw a significant decrease in market activity when compared to the week prior with both recorded transactions and traded volumes decreasing by about 50% .
