Slovakian auction prices reach a new high

OKTE held its sixth electronic auction of Guarantees of Origin (GO), with the book opening on 17th January and order matching on 3rd February.

In total, around 389 GWh of GOs from subsidised renewable energy were auctioned, and the average traded price reached its highest level in Slovakian auction history thus far at  0.86 €/MWh. However, although the prices have trended higher compared to the past, the average auction prices in Slovakia were still lower than the corresponding EU OTC prices.
