Highlights:

• Market activity remained stable in the third week of 2022.
• Prices for the 2021 Nordic Hydro increased slightly while 2022 production prices decreased slightly.
  
• The Nordic hydropower balance decreased by about 1.2% in the second week of 2022 yet hydropower production remains high and is forecasted to increase in the current week.

According to data from our data partners, last week saw increasing market activity when compared to the previous week with traded volumes increasing by 36% when compared to Week 2 while the number of recorded transactions remained stable.
