Big Tech companies' climate change pledges

Global tech giants Microsoft, Apple, Amazon and Samsung have all made major climate change pledges in an effort to offset their environmental footprints.

Microsoft is leading the market pledging $1billion to develop carbon sequestration technologies to remove more CO2 than it is producing by 2030. The company has also pledged all of its assets to be powered by renewable energy by 2025 and onsite vehicles to be electrified by 2030.
