Weekly GO Market Brief – Week 42, 2019

The third week of trading in October saw similar market conditions to the previous weeks, characterised by low market liquidity.

Nordic Hydro 2019 prices weakened, now trading at 32.00 Eurocent/MWh, down 1.50 Eurocents from 33.50 in Week 41. Prices for Nordic Hydro vintages 2020-2022 fell slightly and closed in the range of 73-88 Eurocent/MWh. Wind GO products saw a few trades, both for 2019 and 2020 volumes, and they continue to trade with a 2 Eurocent premium compared to their Nordic Hydro counterparts.
